It is recommended to discuss the tours with us initially. If you are happy with it then you can book it through our recommended travel agency partner – in case we are using one (in a lot of countries, it is recommended to have a local agency partner).<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Having said that, Oliver is your dedicated host for the spiritual retreat(s) and tour guide(s) in connection with the dive centre and their crew.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Please contact us on all questions you might have. If it is the case that we are working in a Region with a local travel agency, then all questions in relation to accommodation for e.g. Holiday homes, B&B\u2019s, Air B&B or transport arrangements should be directed towards the travel agency. Don\u2019t worry, we will provide contact details in the general travel description of any upcoming retreat and dive tour.<\/span><\/p>\n

If you would like to do something in a closed group or you wish a destination that is not on our schedule, then please feel free to contact us. We would be happy to discuss this with you and arrange something that fits into your and our schedule. In this kind of sense Oliver is very outgoing and likes to explore new things & adventures.<\/span><\/p>\n

Please keep in mind the purpose of our journeys! We come together as a group who all share a passion for diving, who love the sea and their habitants and we all want to grow in our spiritual abundance. Therefore, we build a package not only for diving but also<\/u><\/b> having a spiritual supporting program (e.g. meditation, group workshops, energy work, visiting high energy places). Together we shall explore the beauties of the sea, the surrounding landscape and having a lot of FUN!<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

Please be aware that you have to sign a liability form at arrival not only<\/u> for the diving but also for the spiritual retreat part. <\/span><\/span>Everyone who accepts the offer(s) is aware that this is a matter of spiritual and energetic therapy and service. <\/span>Any liability in connection with this offer is rejected.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

Please also keep in mind that we are not planning all-inclusive holiday packages. This is not suitable; we come together as a spiritual dive group and therefore we are planning to have a self-catering kitchen (depending on destination). Therefore, we will accommodate, eat and cook together in Guesthouses, private Villas and\/or (Air) B&B\u2019s. Home base will be a Villa at Playa Blanca with Pool and self-catering kitchen close to the
Dive-Centre, which is approximately 1.15hrs away from the Airport.<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

You can decide to take your own rental car at the airport that would give you the opportunity to be more flexible on the resting times and relaxing day(s). However you will get along without a car during this time \u2013 check the itinerary and decide for yourself. If you decide not to take a rental car – pick up from the Airport to the Villa will be organized.<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

Please be aware that we are planning some deeper dives during the and people need to have an advanced-open water for some dives.<\/span><\/p>\n

        Early Morning (7:00 AM \u2013 7:45 AM) – l<\/span><\/b>ight breakfast before the first dive in the Guesthouse\/Villa.<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

        Please drink enough water and\/or Juice. It is recommended not<\/u> to drink too much black tea or coffee at this time as it dehydrates the body which increases the risk of decompression sickness, especially if we go on deeper on advanced dives. <\/span><\/p>\n

We arranged with the dive-centre over the days some advanced dives. This is why the advanced open-water is necessary here.<\/span><\/p>\n

        Full day tour to the spectacular area of the volcanic landscape \u2013 Timanfaya National Park, <\/span><\/b>La Geria and El Golfo (8 hours tour)<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

        Breakfast\/Brunch <\/span><\/b><\/span>(7:30 AM) \u2013 everything is in the fridge. <\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

        We leave relatively early. Please bring proper shoes (hiking shoes would be the <\/span>best \u2013 which you can wear during the flight as they are taking a lot weight in <\/span>the luggage). <\/span>Take food, beverages and enough water with you.<\/span><\/p>\n

        Please be aware that there will be a lunch break during this tour but the food is not included!<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

        Members who don\u2019t want to be part of the night dive can stay with Nicole at the Villa or go to the beach with her. She offers her service to everyone who does not want to dive on that evening. Like the night dive this is not<\/u> included in the Tourpackage.<\/span><\/p>\n

              Remark:<\/u><\/strong> We arrange Transportation on arrival\/departure \u2013 to and from the airport or meeting point. However, we are not able to cover this fees. This is for the simple reason that people are joining from different places and countries and they arrive\/depart on different flight schedules. For that reason we are not able to organize a group bus as people would have to wait for the other tours members which we cannot ask for. Please let us know beforehand when you decide to hire a car for yourself.<\/p>\n

              • Dinner grocery. We are asking every community\/travel member to contribute one evening to the community dinner (9 days \/ 9 people). <\/i>It is part of the retreat set up that we cook and eat together as a group. We understand that some people love to cook some others don\u2019t. This is part of the group movement. It always works out! Having said that, everyone is free to go out on his own for dinner. We understand that everyone needs a break from time to time from the group.<\/i><\/li>\n
              • All 1:1 Services from Nicole and Oliver like a \u201cRegression Healing\u201d session, soul readings (Nicole) or private channellings are not in the tour price included. Please contact us as this needs to be planned accordingly with the dive tour and time schedule upfront. We are planning to have open spaces in the afternoon.<\/li>\n
              • Transportation arrival\/departure \u2013 to and from the airport or meeting point. However we are organizing the transport.<\/li>\n
              • Visa and\/or passport charges<\/li>\n
              • Replacement of damaged dive equipment which is your own.<\/li>\n
              • Replacement of lost dive equipment which is your own or rented (for example mask, dive computers, fins, dive shoes, etc. etc.)<\/li>\n
              • Travel and Dive Insurance (Cancellation, Medical Insurance, DAN, etc.)<\/li>\n
              • Important: Please make sure you have your medical or DAN insurance policy provider contact information with you, before leaving for destination. <\/strong><\/li>\n
              • Charges for personal services (ie laundry, drinks, telephone calls, personal clothing)<\/li>\n
              • Extra meals or drinks which are not included in the itinerary<\/li>\n
              • Gratuities to waiters, porters, tour guides, bus drivers, hotel and restaurant staff \u2013 at your discretion<\/li>\n
              • Any item that is not specified as being included.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                Please be aware that all mentioned dive-centres in the itinerary might change due to circumstances. We have a lot of options.<\/p>\n

                CANCELLATION & PAYMENT POLICY:<\/u><\/h4>\n

                • The full Tourprice is due as soon we have 5 committed bookings. We will let you know when we have 5 people together.<\/li>\n
                • 9 weeks before the start of the trip (or earlier) a cancellation of the trip is possible with a deduction of 25% = 1,686.75 euros (refund)<\/span><\/li>\n
                • 7 weeks before the start of the trip, cancellation with a deduction of 50% is possible = 1,124.50 euros (refund)<\/span><\/li>\n
                • 5 weeks before the start of the trip, cancellation with a deduction of 75% is possible = 562.25 euros (refund)<\/span><\/li>\n
                • A refund within the last 5 weeks is not possible!<\/li>\n
                • Any goodwill refund within the last 5 weeks is up to Dive In Depth B.V.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
