Just like in traditional psychotherapy, when traumas are remembered, symptoms are alleviated. The remembering of \u201cjust short moments of previous lives\u201d is often enough to give the person insight into his or her present life and to open that person\u2019s mind to the possibility of soul survival, reincarnation, etc. It can produce a change regarding serious therapeutic issues, but in those cases, it is more common to explore the memory in more depth in order to effect change.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

It is not always necessary to discover our past lives in order to live better lives in the present. Not all of our problems have their source in the past. A lot of ailments and problems are coming from baby and childhood in the present life. Not all souls are coming back but most earth souls do. If your learning is not finished, you find yourself being born into another lifetime. The soul and your higher self are choosing the life circumstances and how to evolve and grow. There might be limits of the choices but you have always your free will to do so or not. You have to understand as a spiritual being (without having the ego involved in the spirituals world before you come to earth) that the choice you make is very different as if the ego would have been involved. How many times you heard the sentence \u201cI did not choose my parents\u201d or \u201cNobody would choose this life circumstances\u201d.<\/p>

Actually, this is simply what you really did! It is exactly what your soul and higher self has chosen to experience. Having said that, that does not mean we have to live with these circumstances. It means that we have to grow and evolve out of it \u2013 to learn the lesson and to thrive. We are not here to suffer! The creator, the spiritual world, spiritual teachers (Jesus, Buddha, the ascended masters and others) and to a lesser extend therapists\/doctors \u2013 whatever they might do and which area they work \u2013 are here to support these souls on their path. You only need to ask for help and don\u2019t feel ashamed of it, never. You are not alone! \u00a0<\/p>

Yes, a soul can split and have more than one experience at the same time, even in other dimensions in order to increase its learning opportunities. In a lot of circumstances, you integrate also more and more soul parts into your beingness. This can be as you grow and you are ready to take the next step or you lost them for various reasons and they need to get integrated back again. An answer I can give is that earth is not the only place where souls reside. There are many dimensions, many different levels of consciousness where souls are. \u00a0Why should we feel that we\u2019re the only place?\u00a0There is no limit to energy – nor in our full evolved being. The earth is one school of many schools. However, the deeper understanding of this question lies somewhere else.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Thinking of time as linear is really a construct of our three-dimensional world.\u00a0 It\u2019s easier for most people to think of time in a linear flow from past to present to future, but at some level time probably exist in very different way. \u00a0All lives might be occurring simultaneously even.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Yes and No but they have all consciousness. A lot animals have souls, and they may have their own lessons to learn. The souls may not be as highly individualized as those of humans, perhaps their family or group soul mingles more.\u00a0But this distinction is not an important one.<\/p>

Frequently animals or pets who have died greet us on the other side.\u00a0 Animals are here to teach us many lessons.\u00a0One of the lessons is unconditional love. Animals will sacrifice themselves for their owners oftentimes. People tend not to do that for each other.<\/p>

Often people want to know if their pets will return to them.\u00a0 This happens actually. Even sometime in one human lifetime.<\/p>

Many people have also asked if animals reincarnate as other species of animals, and yes, they do, there is a kind of progression through many different stages.\u00a0 They can change their species and kingdom if they choose to, for that may offer them a new avenue for learning and perspective. Having said that, this applies also to humans. We can also explore animal consciousness or plant consciousness, or even the consciousness of the clouds or elements. However, in majority we have done this already on our path to a higher consciousness. This is the way of evolution.<\/p>

Why should we ever put any limits on our awareness or our soul?\u00a0Energy is energy.\u00a0Consciousness is consciousness and all sentient beings have an existence and have a soul and can therefore reincarnate.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Destiny and choice both exist and keep interacting with each other.\u00a0As you make a choice it changes the future. Maybe the possibilities and probabilities change to an extent as you do that. I think that there are at least two lines of evolution. The evolution of the soul is different from the evolution of the physical body.\u00a0At which exact time souls entered bodies for the first time I have an idea but I do not know. Often dreams contain fragments of past life memories. Also, frequently the material elicited or brought up through past life regressions contains metaphors and symbols which can trigger dream experiences. \u00a0I personally think that dreams are helping you to understand what is going on in your actual life and very often is giving you a solution to a problem when you are able to interpret the dream correctly. Past life memories are written in your personal akashic records. Dreams can access the akashic records but not necessarily. Dreams are showing or describing a situation and you need to figure out what it means and yes sometimes the dream is picking past life memories to show that something from a past life is not solved yet.<\/p>
